To all our valued customers,
In an effort to improve our service and customer service levels from next Tuesday 15th March we will begin issuing LIVE updates on our REL service routes for ALL paper and cardboard collections. Customers can now gain up to date information on the status of our collection rounds and we will be posting alerts to any potential delays that have arisen during the day. We will be issuing mandatory updates, via twitter and our website, at 7AM, 12NOON and 3PM but will often interlude these with other information relevant to the progress of our collections.
You can access these updates through our twitter site, www.twitter.com/siteserv (Don’t worry you don’t actually have to have twitter yourself) while the updates will upload directly to our website homepage www.siteservrecycling.com
If successful we will then be rolling out this initiative across our fleet to maintain the effort to improve our service levels.
As a customer focused organisation we are consistently assessing new ways we can help our customers and improve our service. If you have any thoughts on this new initiative or have ideas of ways we could continue to improve we always appreciate the feedback.
