FOCUS ON: Future Challenges!

New Group Director Rob Thomas gives his views on joining Siteserv, and outlines his visions for the next 12-months.

Firstly I have to say how delighted I am to be joining the Siteserv Recycling team! Although it was a tough decision for me to leave my previous role with the Volvo group, I know I am joining a forward thinking, innovative and progressive company which has the customer at heart.

As one of South Wales’ leading waste management and recycling operations, Siteserv already benefits from a fantastically loyal customer base. This past success has been built on a core ethos of excellent customer service, and making recycling work for everyone. As group director it will be my duty to maintain and extend this promise to existing and potential customers.

I am extremely excited about the potential of the company! Our strategic plans for future growth are focused around significant investment in our infrastructure and services, which will ultimately benefit our customers. It will be one of my main tasks to ensure that we maintain our professional and innovative approach to recycling and waste management, helping us to provide our customers with the expert advice and service levels with which we have become associated.

It is a great time to come on board here, and I am looking forward to getting to know all of our customers over what promises to be a very exciting coming year!
