Siteserv understands that our employees are what makes our services as good as they are. We invest in our staff and their training to ensure that they are full equipped to deal with your waste needs from collection to processing.
From our office staff to our drivers we prescribe to the notion that our employees should be fully trained in the intricacies of waste management. Our staff are all specially trained across the waste spectrum and hold such qualifications as:
COTC (certificate of technical competence)
DGSA (Dangerous goods safety advisor)
NEBOSH (National Examination Board on Occupational Safety and Health)
DGSA (Dangerous Goods Safety Advisor).
As well as this, ALL transport and driving staff are fully ADR trained. Finally, we also run various in house training mechanisms designed to keep our staff at the cutting edge of the industry.
